The CrossFit class combines strength or skill work with a metcon. 60-minute sessions, groups of up to 24 and coaches who correct in real time. Every movement is scaled to your level: same class, different intensity.

What is CrossFit?

Constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.

Squats, deadlifts, presses, pull-ups, box jumps, burpees, wall balls, rowing, double-unders… the CrossFit vocabulary is broad and every session combines different elements. The key: movements that transfer to real life, with loads and intensity adapted to each individual.

At CrossFit VNG every class follows the same structure: specific warm-up, strength or skill block, and WOD (workout of the day). The coach programmes, explains, demonstrates and corrects. You execute at your own pace and with your own scaling.

Is it for me?

Yes. It doesn't matter if you've never touched a barbell or you've been training for years. Every exercise has scales: a back squat can be done with an empty bar or with 120 kg. A pull-up can be banded, kipping or strict.

What changes is the load, the volume and the intensity. The movement is the same for everyone. The coach makes sure you work where you need to.
