The Hibrid session is split into distinct blocks: strength (squat, press, deadlift), skill or technique (Olympic lifts, gymnastics) and conditioning (AMRAP, EMOM, for time). 60 minutes where you hit every piece of functional fitness without specialising in any one area.
Each block is scaled independently. You can go heavy on strength and moderate on the metcon, or the other way around. It's the most versatile class in the box and the best option if you can only come 2–3 times a week and want a complete workout.
